PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING:

Please fill out the New Client Intake Form included in your appointment confirmation email at least 24 hours in advance of your session. Otherwise, you must arrive 15-20 minutes early to fill out the paper version at the office.

Cancellation Policy:
Life happens.....I get it!

However, as a Sole Practitioner, 100% of the businesses income is based on the time allotted for just four appointments daily and I'm typically booked out for weeks. Also, when you cancel on short notice, another person, unfortunately, loses an opportunity to get relief from their pain and stress.

I have a very strict cancellation policy of 24 hours. If you cancel for any reason with less than 24 hours notice, you'll be charged 50% of the full session cost. If 2 hours or less notice is given, you'll be charged 100% of the full session cost.

Read this one more time... That's ANY reason. Illness, car accident, weather, babysitter cancelled...you must pay for your appointment with the credit card I'll have on file for you.

Arriving Late:
Out of respect and consideration of my time and other clients, please plan to be on time. Arrive 10-15 minutes early for any appointment in order to get the full time scheduled. If you arrive right on time or late, I can only give you whatever time remains of your appointment and you will be responsible to pay the full length of the session you requested.

*This time is scheduled just for you and only you which is why I require a credit card on file or prepayment to reserve and guarantee your appointment. However, it WILL NOT be charged unless you do not adhere to the Cancellation/No- Show policy.

If you do not wish to save a credit card number on file, no problem! You can prepay your service ahead of time. The cancellation/no-show policy will still apply.
